Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WYZ Design website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
WYZ Design provides creative services including graphic design, photography, web design, video editing, event production, and related services. Service details, pricing, and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements or booking confirmations.
Booking & Payment
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm all bookings. Remaining balance is due upon project completion. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, or approved payment methods listed on our booking page.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, WYZ Design grants you a non-exclusive license to use the delivered creative work for its intended purpose. WYZ Design retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions
Standard packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $50/hour. Major scope changes require a new project agreement.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 48+ hours before a scheduled session receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free with 24+ hours notice.
Limitation of Liability
WYZ Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
