Return/Refund Policy

Our refund policy applies to products purchased directly from us, and for any issues regarding the quality of the products, damages during shipping, or if the wrong item was shipped. However, since we work with Printful for our merch store, their policies and terms of service also apply to our refunds and returns policy.

Printful offers a 30-day return policy for their products. If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we'll initiate the return process with Printful. Printful will cover the return shipping cost and issue a refund or replacement once the item is received and inspected.

Please note that Printful does not offer returns or refunds for products that have been ordered in the wrong size or color, unless there is a defect or damage. Additionally, Printful is not responsible for any customs fees, shipping delays, or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
