Return & Refund Policy
Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital creative services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the work delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables to discuss revisions or adjustments.
Deposit Policy
The 50% deposit required to confirm bookings is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, the deposit will be refunded in full within 10 business days.
Physical Products (Merch)
Physical merchandise is fulfilled through Printful. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Return shipping costs for defective items are covered by WYZ Design.
Items that are not defective but you wish to return for personal preference may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Event Photography
If event photography does not meet the scope defined in the booking agreement, we will reshoot at no additional cost or provide a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion of the agreed scope.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They do not expire and can be applied to any service or merchandise.
Refund Process
To request a refund, email info@wyzdesign.com with your order/booking number and reason for the refund. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
